They focus on making the Ashtanga practice appropriate for each unique individual as well as teaching how to create a daily lifestyle out of the practices of Ashtanga, Ayurveda and Tantra in a fun, relaxed and informative way.
Prem has been practicing and teaching Ashtanga for 30 years (since the young age of 23), and is considered one of the American pioneers of Ashtanga Yoga. He was honored by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and is Certified to teach the Primary, Intermediate and Advanced series.
Prem has also done in depth Ayurvedic study with the reknowned Ayurvedic practitioner, Dr. Vasant Lad. In 1983, he initiated a 3 year course with Dr. Lad and was certified to do consultations and clinical work. Prem has also done courses with Dr. David Frawley and Dr. Robert Svoboda.
Prem's interest in Tantra was the next natural progressive step to exploring the vedic traditions and feels it completes the synergy of the Ashtanga, Ayurveda and Tantra systems.
