About the Retreat

Yoga retreat teacher

Clayton believes that daily yoga practice in a retreat setting is the ideal way for students of all levels to learn, grow and relax in a supportive, personalized atmosphere.

Mornings Sessions will begin with a brief seated meditation followed by a slow led Ashtanga Primary series class. Later in the retreat, mornings will evolve into Mysore style classes where students work through the series at their own pace with individual instruction, adjustments and encouragement from the teacher. Beginners will be taught with individual attention and will be guided posture by posture through the series.

Afternoon sessions, will consist of a mixture of technique and alignment, restorative asana, Q&A, breathwork, yoga philosophy, meditation and kirtan chanting & music.
