Yoga Thailand, through Centered Wellness, offers a complete approach to well-being, one that takes into account physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental aspects of one's health. We believe all these factors contribute to wellness (whether or not one does yoga), and thus take a holistic approach to living a healthy life.
Food has a tremendous effect on our body, mind, and consciousness, so this is one area we take care of immediately. We go to great lengths to serve you carefully prepared meals that nourish inside and out.
We also offer several cleansing programs, which can take your yoga practice a step further while transforming your body and mind. Many practitioners get "stuck" and stop making progress, as their intestines are overloaded, their food choices might not be helpful, and the movement of energy in their systems is hindered. We have observed over many years that in such cases, plugging away at Asanas might not be enough, and a detox, which will clean out their systems, is very often beneficial.
For those who have never done yoga before, the emphasis would be on detoxification, with an introduction to yoga.
We are equipped to take you through a full detox program followed by guidance on how to continue living in a way that supports you, your body, and your mind. The aim is that you leave Yoga Thailand empowered, whether or not you are a practitioner of yoga. Centered Wellness is open to all.
The key to yoga and, really, any discipline is not just to learn about it and discuss it but to practice and apply it yourself. This is the difficult part, and this is the area we feel we can really help you. Our role is to teach you, so that you reach a point of understanding that enables you to practice on your own and truly incorporate lessons into your daily lives.
Centered Wellness offers a number of wellness programs for detoxification and general health and well-being. For more information, visit Centered Wellness.
