Yoga Retreats
Basics and Beyond
May 12 - 19, 2012
with Elonne Stockton
About the Retreat
Develop a strong foundation in the practice of yoga asana and breathwork -pranayama, while you discover where the practice of yoga comes from, learn why we practice yoga to begin with and have some fun!
All levels are welcome. Understand how practical yoga is, how to apply yoga to your everyday life and how to realistically keep up the practice after you leave.
Throughout the week we will have morning breathwork - pranayama and asana sessions, helping you develop your self practice. Afternoon sessions will be discussions/workshops and restorative asana classes. Some mornings there will be additional silent walks or walking meditations, and some evenings we will have optional meditation and other activities.
