Sayuri, Lucie & Ben are three passionate individuals living & working in this field who will guide you through the basic essentials on how to cultivate a self yoga practice, meditation & pranayama & give you the necessary tools to take back with you to be confident everyday in your own kitchen. One of the key ingredients for reaching your full potential is FOOD! You will learn the importance of culturing & fermentation, healthy dairy-free alternatives, superfoods, desserts, super smoothies, raw chocolate & the exciting world of tonic herbalism with nutritional talks daily. Included will be handy tips on kitchen skills, advice & recipes to take back with you for your friends & family to enjoy.

Sayuri offers the individual an experience of what it's truly like foryour body to be nourished and your heartto be opened through her food. As a teacher she will show you simplicity of physical & spiritual transformation through food. This knowledge has taken heraround the world to share with others for the past 6 years. Being a yoga practitioner herself & catering for many yoga retreats in India, Bali, Spain, Australia, U.S.A & Greece has given her a greaterunderstanding of preparing foods for yogis individual needs.
She proposes the healthy, sustainable and high conscious lifestyle for us, the earth and the future through teaching raw or cooking workshops and training around the world by sharing the love and knowledge she has within.

Ben Richards
Raw Food Chef & Teacher/Holographic Kinetics Facilitator & specialising in ultimate nutrition, superfoods & tonic herbalism.
Australian Born, Ben has been passionately involved in the food world for nearly 20 years & raw living foods for the last three. Having the privilege to work alongside some of the world's inspiring people at yoga retreats & events in Australia & Bali, he's discovered it's not one element that creates greatness, its pulling together the keys.

The Daily Schedule
The program begins at 5pm on the first day of the retreat with a group welcome and departure is at 12pm on the last day.
The schedule is subject to change at the discretion of the teacher.
| 7 - 9 am. | Pranayama, Meditation and Asana |
| 9.30 - 10.30 am. | Raw Food workshop - Break-Fast After yoga practice, step into the kitchen to whip up delicious superfoodsmoothies with nutritional talks on healthy ways to Break-Fast. |
| 3 - 3:30 pm | Snack and refreshment |
| 3.30 - 6pm | Raw Food workshop - Dinner Each day for dinner we will create something different & simply-amazing such as raw nori rolls, zucchini noodles dishes, vegan sprouted pates & crackers, raw pizzas, gluten/dairy free sweets & much more, for us to sit, enjoy & bask in the bliss & discussion time. Nutritional talks: herbs, cleansing, fasting, detox, body types and different aspect of view on diet. |

Upgrade to our Deluxe Suite additional cost on the total program package:
- € 50 per day
- € 320 for one week
- € 620 for two weeks
- € 900 for three weeks
- € 1100 for four weeks
We only have two deluxe one bedroom suites located in our most private building closest to the sea. They have a private bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, generous bathroom and an extra large balcony. Both suites offer a modern open living room with sofa bed, LCD TV, working desk and DVD/ iPod Stereo. They are perfect for a family or couple. The additional rate is a flat rate based on the room and is added on to the total rate package whether a single individual, couple or family.
Our guestrooms are set back just over 50 meters from the water to provide you with a private community and greater security. A selection of our rooms enjoy this spectacular sea view, while others enjoy the tropical gardens scene.
