Reservation Process

1. To reserve your place for any of the programs, please complete the Reservation Form  We can not take reservations via phone.

2. If this is your first time booking with Yoga Thailand, you will need to create a member id by using your email and last name.  A confirmation email will be sent right away.

3. You will need to complete the booking form using your member details. A confirmation email will be sent right away along with payment details.

4. At this stage a deposit payment will be required. Details on how to make your payment are stated below.  Your place is not secured unless a deposit has been received.

5 . Once the payment has been received, your will receive a payment confirmation email and your place is then confirmed.

6. A retreat welcome email will be sent out two weeks prior to the retreat start date.

Paypal is a secure credit card payment service online owned by E-Bay.  It does require registration and a verification process for first time users and only available in certain countries. Visit www.paypal.com more more info  Please select Euro € as your payment currency.  If you are not in your home country where your credit card billing address is registered, do not use Paypal due to their security limitations.

Please note: Please add 5% to your payment for Paypal credit card fee.

 

Booking Policy For all retreats and special programs a 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your place.The balance is due one month prior to the retreat start date. For day-stays, a 50% deposit is required upon booking. The balance is due upon arrival. If you wish you can pay the full amount in advance. All payments in Thailand can only be accepted in cash. Cancellation Policy -Our cancellation policy: - more than 31 days before the program -- half of the deposit is refundable - within 31 days to one week of the program -- the half of the total payment is refundable - within one week to the start of the program -- the full program rate is non-refundable - In case of an emergency, full payment can be applied as credit for one year at the time of cancellation. Refund is not an option if you select to keep your credit for one year and then decide to cancel again.
