Take one or two weeks to join us in practice and enjoying some really good music. Kirtan is a Sanskrit word that symbolises the singing of the Divine Name. In most yoga circles it is associated with singing Indian style sanskrit chants and bhajans. However, we hail from many countries outside of India and have music and singing done similarly but with its own distinct sound and culture. So this is an international live two weeks of practice and live kirtan concerts. Jack is originally from Ireland, a practicing yogi, with a wide range of musical talent and ability. A truly gifted voice and a way with lyrics. You can just sit and enjoy the music or you can join in and sing through the rehearsals and evening concerts. In addition to the classic Indian bhajans there will be Irish, folky and even gospel pieces included. It's all music to uplift the soul and purify the mind and heart. It's all offered to the Divine. It is no way religious. It's just music and feelgood time.
On top of the practice, hmmm, sounds Divine!
