We have a large area of beautiful hill land 5 minutes away from Yoga Thailand.

Much of the land has incredible views out over the green forest and coconut trees and sea views out over the beach Yoga Thailand sits on. The land itself is rich with greenery and incredible boulders. Some of the lower plots have beautiful garden views and spectacular natural features. The land itself is surrounded by protected forest which means no other developments can grow up around it.

Our intention is to offer a number of plots for sale to interested parties. The project is focused on nature, healthy living and environmental standards. It will foster a small community of home-owners with a similar mindset. We are building our own home there ourselves.

We are not a developer. We know and understand the property climate on this island, and in Thailand, quite well. Developments are overpriced and fall short of their promises. We have built and bought here and know how it is done. As such we offer the land at a fair price to you and then when it comes time to build we help set you up with a project management team that we use and trust ourselves, who get the job done, in budget, on time. This is how we do it for ourselves and thus avoid the overpriced middleman developer. Once the land is purchased you set your budget to build and work with that with a reliable team who we trust.

From an investment point of view land values in the south of Samui are on the rise and will continue to do so over the next few years. With a house on it the land value increases and you can put the villa in a rental pool for those coming to Yoga Thailand or outside.

Full infrastructure is offered - road, electric, telephone, ADSL internet and water.

Plot sizes vary from 800 sq. m to 1800 sq. m.
